Ho, ho! This is the second time I've been asked to consider whether or not I am "living in the moment" (and whenever something comes up repeatedly, I figure that it is important that I listen!).
Any guesses from you as to what this phrase means?

Kaizen means "continually growing" in Japanese.
Have you tapped into your richness?

I believe that this is about not thinking what your next step is going to be.
Rather than planning and thinking how you are going to react to someone on stage, it means to allow yourself to react naturally.
I've spent the last few years practising and now I believe I'm quite good at not thinking. Funny to think that a quality which so many people develop naturally, has taken me so long to achieve.
Never-the-less, I believe this ability to not think is extremely important when living in the moment.
There is also a Zen art which I read is quite like this state. It's called "No Mind"
